With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in demystifying yoga and helping her students become comfortable with it regardless of their yoga experience. The result is a huge improvement in their quality of life which includes getting back to doing the things they love.

Causes close to her heart are Cancervive, The Arthritis Society, Power of Movement, and Yoga Thrive. Most importantly, Kim believes yoga can help anyone feel better and live a happier life.

A Yogic and Biological Prospective on Pain – Part 1: Neil Pearson MSc, BScPT, BA-BPHE, CYT, RYT500
Friday Nov 9 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  **Note time difference from regular Friday sessions!

People come to yoga to recover from injury and pain, and most of us experience pain in yoga asana practices at one time or another. Pain is a complex human experience, and yoga teachers must have a deep understanding of it in order to know how to respond when a student states that they have pain during yoga. This module explores pain from a yogic and biological perspective, allowing us to respond with greater wisdom when we experience ‘body’ pain.
