About Sherri Sim

Sherri is a Teacher, Sharer, Inspirer, Sender of Love, Light & Inspiration, a Positive Force, and an Eternal Student.  

She was born in Toronto and lived in Southern Ontario most of her life. In her early teens, her great grandfather gave her a book titled "Vermont Folk Medicine", and from there she started studying natural remedies as a hobby. 

In her thirties, her Great Healing began, and in her forties, she started studying holistic modalities professionally.  

In 2011, she answered a calling and went to Peru, where she lived, worked and volunteered for 5 years.  She returned to Canada and made Nova Scotia her home for 6 years, and very recently moved to Victoria BC, to finish her Diploma in Acupuncture.

A Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Teacher/Practitioner, Certified Hand and Foot Reflexologist,  Certified Hypnotist, Theta Healing and Zen Shiatsu Massage practitioner, Sherri also has 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.  Initially studying in Vinyasa Flow, she now prefers to teach Beginner, Gentle, and Yin Yoga. 

She has also studied Karate and Tai Chi, and has self published a book : Spirituality For Simon.

Sherri's gentle approach to wellness, and acceptance of one’s self, allows her to joyously work with and help people along on their Spiritual Paths and Healing Journeys.  

Her purpose and passion is to teach and share what she knows, lives and loves, and she is looking forward to sharing that with you!
