2014 Teacher Training (200 hour)
The 200 Hour Teacher Training Program is Iyengar style asana based, designed to prepare you for teaching, as well as deepening your own practice. The curriculum is a well-rounded offering of yoga philosophy, asana, anatomy, teaching methodologies and the practical aspects of being a yoga professional. Yoga Alliance Certified (RYS 200) and Registered as a Certified Educational Institute with Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (gst exempt and Course tuition fee is tax deductible).
Applications are now being accepted for the 2014 Program.

Gold Yoga Therapist Certification Program - 2014
This program is for certified yoga teachers wishing to advance their skills in yoga as therapy. Serious yoga students wishing to pursue personal studies may also apply. Yoga Alliance Certified (RYS 200) and Registered as a Certified Educational Institute with Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (gst exempt and Course tuition fee is tax deductible).

Yoga Therapy for People with Cancer and Chronic Conditions - Part 1

This Yoga Therapy course is for yoga teachers, medical people and helping professionals who want to learn specific techniques for working with those facing chronic ailments, pain and life transition.
Part 1 is a program that provides an evidence-based experiential framework for adapting Yoga practices to the special needs of people with cancer and chronic illness.

This Prenatal Training Certification Program is for
- Yoga teachers/teachers in training
- Professionals who work with pregnant women (acupuncturists, childbirth educators, chiropractors, doctors, doulas, craniosacral/massage/physio/shiatsu therapists, midwives, nurses, therapists).
- Those who have an established yoga practice.
Expect to complete this comprehensive training and have the knowledge, understanding and techniques to support pregnant women to birth as consciously, naturally, actively and normally as possible. Feel confident to assess specific therapeutic needs and address them safely with yoga and modifications. If you are already working with pregnant women, this training will provide a deeper appreciation & understanding to work holistically while integrating physical, emotional, energetic & spiritual well being.
